Oak psychology specializes in the treatment of individual adults and couples negotiating attachment-based trauma, mood dysregulation, chronic shame & identity, interpersonal functioning, and reproductive trauma. In addition to providing therapy, Oak Psychology hosts various workshops and trainings, as well as offers clinical consultation to individuals and groups.
